GTX 951 install- w or w/o carbs on?

Hi all, Is it best to leave carbs off when reinstalling the 951 back in a GTX, or is there enough room to bolt them on beforehand? Carbs were already off when I pulled the original engine out.

From memory I installed last time without carbs before adding them later. In theory you should be able to rotate it to opposite side and angle it to get it in with them on but as the engine is heavy I would say easier just to install without them on.

Thanks. The more I think about it, I'm going to install w/o carbs. prob Hard enough to squeeze it in even without the carbs.

Install engine and all connections first, then exhaust, followed by carbs last.
