gts 130 slowed down 2 or 3 mph

I have a 2011 gts 130 it went 55mph when it was new 2 1/2 yrs old only does 52mph now.always used non-ethanol gas ans sea foam every 2 or three fill ups.

Check the clearance between your prop and wear ring.

Ok thanks only has 46 hrs on it and i never run it up dry.

Probably just routine maintenance type stuff. Have you changed the plugs in 2.5 yrs? If the oil level is over-full it runs at a decreased performance.
You don not need to run it dry to affect the wear ring. It literally takes a stick in some cases. As noted above, take a good luck at the wear ring for both damage as well as gap. Nothing over the width of a dime in the gap.

Change plugs with the correct ones and check the wear ring clearance and post back with your new MPH findings.
