Oh Boy, new carburetors with accelerator pumps on a 1997 GSX (787 engine) I'm troubleshooting this new engine install. I figured I'd go ahead and trust the new carbs the owner purchased and didn't disassemble them and the ski is running like crap on the water... but it FLOATS which is always a good thing. I'm debugging this pile of junk as I go so this is to be expected. I suspect the ski has electrical problems, Coil, MPEM, or Mag but you gotta start somewhere. LOL I won't be disappointed if the carbs are not the issue.
Pop off is good,
(67.5) low speed jet which makes sense with the accelerator pump.
MAG Main Jet is (140)
PTO Main Jet is (142.5)
I don't have a spec sheet and can't verify stock jetting. I generally use the specs on the OSD site as a decent reference. That site calls for (140) mains on both carbs. My GTXs both have (140) mains so I'm at a dilemma. Drop in a (140) on the PTO or leave it at 142.5. Everything else looks great on the carbs and I doubt they are the problem.
