Guys,
I have a quick question im hoping someone can answer.
I have a 96 GSX which recently had the drive shaft replaced.
Everything was working fine for a few days after getting it back with the exception of a slight hesitation when under power.
Anyways, today i brought it out and my friend took it for a ride, it seemed to have a slight hesitation in the water but it ran fine for him.
Soon after I took if for a ride and couldn't get it to accelerate at all past 4k rpms and would stall out completely at times. I mean usually this thing jumps out of the water but today it feels like it may have a carb problem??
Another clue, outside the water with no pressure it starts right up, idles and revs to 7k rpms, but under pressure its giving me issues.
I checked the spark plugs and the fuel filter, fuel lines. Also when in the water it takes a few times to get it going.
Could the carbs be gunked up from trying to start - Rev to keep it going in the water?
one more thing, it has the Grey Fuel Lines from Seadoo.
