How can I get a reliable ground in the electrical box of a 93 seadoo 580 sp. Sometimes I get spark from tightening the ground then it just doesnt spark anymore until a re tighten the ground but its so tight i dont think it is a good ground. I have it grounded to where the starter solenoid is bolted on

If need be, run it to either the grounding block, or direct to the negitive on the battery.

pull every wire off the ground post. whip out a piece of sandpaper and make every one of them shine. that ground post is into plastic. IT isn't the ground, one of the wires leaves the box and supplys the ground. find the other end and clean that up.

yea ida say clean all your connesctions too.. also take a look at the condtion of the battery cable..
