The Chain of Lakes over by Winter Haven is nice. Sure there are others.

Harris Lake chain is an excellent choice,
i've stayed on Lake Dora a couple of times (rented, not camped)
but we were able to rent waterfront with dock for $125 a night, i can get you the guys contact info.
you could always camp on ft desoto st park, thats a nice spot.
