Gelcoat or Fiberglass Repair?

Hello, I am in the process of doing a full rebuild on a 1997 Seadoo Sportster, after doing the initial cleaning on the hull I noticed some chips in the Gelcoat where the fiberglass is showing. I was wondering if I need to sand it down then patch the areas with fiberglass then Gelcoat or just Gelcoat right away. I'm new to working on boat hulls so any advice would be appreciated.

I have attached some pictures of some of the areas for reference.

Thank you in advance.

As there appears to be no structural damage you should be able to get by with just a gelcoat patch kit.
