Gas tank crud

Can the gas tank in an '02 challenger be removed? A lot of black crap in bottom I can't get out without power washing it.

I've got everything disconnected. Did that when I siphoned out almost all the gas. Just wondering any trick to get it out, like removing engine cover/platform?

if u bet all that crud out your tank, ask jake and lou, they may want it for some reason maybe, lol........

I'm putting it back in the boat...just need to know if it will come out and any helpful tips from those who've done it on an '02 X20. I will not power wash it out unless I can remove and turn it upside to drain & dry.
