RESTO Gas gauge not working

Gas gauge not working, I replaced the float today to see if that was the problem and it didn’t work. Can anyone help? Should I just replace the whole fuel sending unit ?

You should look in the shop manual for your ski and there is probably a resistance check you could perform to help you determine what is wrong. If you replaced the float then other things that can cause problems are the wiring, internal F1 fuse or reed switches. Most common failures are wiring issues, float and F1 fuse. I think if you measure the resistance between the 2 wires coming from your sending unit and it measures open then it is either a broken wire or the F1 fuse is blown. If you google seadoo f1 fuse there are lots of references and youtube videos to help you.

Can I just replace the whole sending unit? I don’t think I can replace that fuse on my own.

Yes, you can replace the entire unit. Fixing the F1 fuse isn't that hard.
