fuel valve question

When i put the new black lines on fuel valve i hooked on to on vent to vent reserve to reserve does the other line go to the carb or the fuel filter in the front

hey....thers 3 spigot on valve, 2 on top, 1 on bottom, the bottom one goes to filter, then filter to carb...:cheers:

thanks for your help. still cant get it to run all my line are on right driving me crazy.spent 12hours on sat trying to get it runing.
