Took my boat out over the weekend and ran fine for first 2hrs , then shut it off to acctach the tube and when I went to start it it wouldn't turn over . I disconnected the hose that I circled in the photo and manually sucked up some gas with my mouth then reattached it and it started up. Then it's was fine for the next 3 start and stops then had to do it again. Can someone please point me in the right direction of my issue ,
And are those wires supposed to be connected to anything in the 3rd picture?

As far as the wires in #3.... Don't know that boat enough to know if they need hooked to anything. BUT... there are a few wires (in general) on the Merc engines that were not used with the Seadoo boats. They were for extra gauges. So... I'm going to say they are fine.

In pic #1... that's the lift pump, and that metal fitting were the hose is hooked to is a filter. BUT, since the hose is sitting cock'ed... I'm going to say the fitting got damaged, and is drawing air. I would replace it, and it should fix your problem.

Thanks, replace the hose? Or just that clamp?

And in the 3rd picture with the wires, can that be that governor thing that everyone like to remove?
