I bought a 1999 Seadoo Speedster SK a couple weeks ago and found two wires (1 green 1 black) that are not connected to anything. They are pretty heavy gauge wires.

I am having some problems with the boat, I don't think these wire are related, but who knows.....either way its not good to have random wires in your hull

Any Ideas where they go to??

They look like they have been hooked up before. Can you follow them any further and see where they go? I think I have a green one on my 98, but I dont remember for sure. They look like they might be wires that should have been connected to the battery. All your electrical stuff working? I am working today. If nobody else answers, when I get home tomorrow I can look and see if I have anything close.

I could try and trace them, I will just have to tear apart the plastic conduit that they dissapear into.

I believe all my electronics work except my fuel gauge

Any ideas?

I think i have a random single wire like that, it goes to the negative side of the battery. i will look tomorrow.

yup.....neg side, for bilge pump. Blacks always neg, unless in the house of electrics.
