Flushing exhaust in salt water Rxt 300

Hi guys . Newbie here looking for a little advice . I have an RXT 300 and it says that I have to flush the exhaust after every use. This seems like a lot for people that don’t pull their machines in and out of the water . I have mine on a lift . It is down hill 400 ft from my house . Any advice from people ? I m sure many people have their pwcs stationed in salt water . What do you do ? Do you really take it out to flush every time ? kinda defeats the point of keeping it on a lift in the water ? Any input is valued . Thanks!

If you have a fresh water hose near your dock you can flush it on the lift.
