Extra hose?

Also, when I removed the flywheel, there were probably 9-10 threads showing. When I installed it on the new motor, it got maybe 2 threads before the torque wrench hit its ft. lbs. limit that SBT suggested. Is that okay? I felt behind it and it seems to be in the same clearance that it was when I took it off?
