Extended Warranty Price help...

I bought 2011 C180 SE and it still has 3-4 more days before It runs out of factory warranty and I'm really thinking of getting B.E.S.T warranty. Can someone please let me know what rates are going on for Extended Warranty.

I got quote for

3 year 1033
4 year 1117

I was about to jump on it and all of sudden the dealer said we got add $200 more in these prices but that are refundable if I don't file any claim in the next 3-4 years (depends on which one I get)...

Has anyone heard of this $200 charges?

never heard of that...but then again I never bought the warranty either. If you plan to keep the boat for that time period then I would say get the extended warranty!!

Definitely get the warranty, wow you did really good if you do! Nobody can beat the price you got, geez you paid less than me! Get the 4 year

Wow!! you made out like a bandit, very smart of you! Remember the superchargers are so expensive to fix, besides everything else on the boat. Believe me, the only reason I purchased the 2011 was for the 3 year warranty, honestly I didnt know you can do what you did.

My next boat will probably be a Challenger 180. I loved it when I went to see the boats. Everybody was telling me here to get the 180.. you never told me how was your fuel consumption? probably almost the same as mine? I think you got the same engine I do except for the supercharger?

Wow, I bought it 2 hours ago and I just called Sea doo. They confirmed that I got B.E.S.T warranty until July 17, 2016...

I'm planning to hit Lake Chatuge in August with few relative.. may be rent a cottage over the weekend and have fun..

Can you believe that I got 7 adults and 2 kids still hit 32 GPS (not even full throttle) on it. I never thought I could do it.

Awesome! and incredible! I only took mine to 33mph, and thats not on GPS, however, I think mines is electronically limited until 10 hours. But 7 people plus 2 kids and 32 is awesome! You got a great price too, with warranty you got it for like $18? right.. wow... thats killer. Did you get hydro turf yet? and how comfortable with you guys with 7 and 2 kids?

WE were really comfy with 7 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4)... Here's my Mods list

1) Hydro-turf
2) Speakers (XS-650 Wet Sounds or Polk MM651UM) and 2nd Battery
3) Tinted Window
4) Keel Shild
5) LED Rings on speakers (wife wants it, so It has to wait LOL)

But I might wait until season is over before I spend more and more.. You know what I mean...

Thats actually not a bad deal! hahaha.. you know, I just got my 95 sportster ready cleaned up, and the people who bought it are coming today from Dallas Texas, to California, very nice people. Im actually missing my sportster, it was such a fun hobby, now that my boat is new, theres nothing to do?? lol, I should have got at least the superchargers to mod it.. lol...

Oh well! I guess I should just enjoy my new boat, chill and listen to the radio and go! I want to see how fast it is...

Actually Berts Mega Mall, where I bought my new boat from, is giving me a 3 day, 2 night stay, everything paid to Laughlin Nevada, and a new t-shirt (ahahah), Im going to pick it up today or tomorrow, I invited my mom and dad, I love Lake Mead and Lake Mohave, it is so beatifull... this weekend Im probably going to go back to Puddingstone Lake, or Castaic Lake. Castaic lake is soo much bigger, but Puddingstone has a awesome "beach" area with "integrated" heat & chlorine cleaning system in the lake (yes can you believe that???) plus 10 lifeguards and 3 coast guards on duty all the time! (I feel really safe there with my kids and kids).

I really need to learn the docking stuff with this boat... my friend goes with me and he knows how to do it in seconds, so he helped me.. but I want to do it myself during calm time.

Guess what? good luck docking dude, I have been out with both of my boats 25 times, AND I STILL DONT KNOW HOW TO DOCK, I get so freaking nervous hitting everything, I hate it.

though that is true, practice makes perfect, I have do that this weekend, practice practice practice!

LOL.. I remember my very first day when I told my friend let me try the docking. All the boaters around me got so scared and started joking once I docked the boat..

They were like.. We would charge your free beer for full day and teach you how to dock this beauty....LOL
