Engine pull on 1997 Speedster

Hi I'm a new sea doo owner with a 1997 speedster twin that needs an engin replacement or rebuild. I am looking for information on the best way to remove and replace the engine. Also where I can get good service and parts new and used in the Detroit area. This isn't my first watercraft but this is my first "project" one.

Sbt has a manual to remove the engine.
