Sounds good but you should never reuse intake gaskets. I would get new ones for when you remove the pipe.

Really? So everytime I pull the carb I should change them? We're talking about the gaskets that sit between the carbs and the engine, right?

Once you remove the exhaust you will almost 100% know where your blockage is
Well, trying it in the lake hopefully got me excited there are no other blockages. Water shot out of the t hose that leads to the head. Also, no water out the pissers while running it out of the lake
 
Your blockage is between cylinder head elbow and exhaust manifold to exhaust
Pull the exhaust and I bet the exhaust to manifold is full of sand or salt

The big copper ring can be reused if you anneal it
That is getting a blow torch and heating it up cherry red and letting it cool
It’s what we do on aviation spark plug copper gaskets

Crap, the ones I'm thinking of are paper, so we must be talking about different gaskets. is the kit in post #84 everything I'll need to do this job?
 
Before you pull the exhaust.....i saw in your video that water is pissing out the block drain hose when youre hooked to the hose. That means water is getting into the engine. The block drain pisses out the pump bracket right below the steering cable.
Try removing the temp sensor on the cylinder head. With the sensor out, put towel over it then start engine on the garden hose. Water should come out the hole where the sensor goes. You can fish zip ties into the head through the sensor hole.
 
The head gasket will stop the zip tie from going straight down. Fish the ties in at a sideways angle. Look at the pic of the underside of the cylinder head. Let us know if water comes out the sensor hole before taking anything else off.
 
If youre looking at the pic of the underside of the head, the elbow is at the 12:00 position. The water passages in the head are at 10:00 and 2:00.

Yes, you should never reuse carb base Gaskets. The ones between the carbs and intake manifold.

Those are for the older 951’s yours uses a big shaped rubber o-ring for the pipe to manifold not the paper gasket in your picture.

No the exhaust wrench is crap and once you remove the carbs the pipe is easy on and easy off with common hand tools.

The copper ring is reused with Permatex Ultra Copper RTV available at any auto parts store.

You can try pulling the temp sensor as a last try but you have pretty much determined the water is blocked somewhere between the head and pipe. It can’t hurt.

I actually had to remove the temp sensor last week when I had it at the lake. It was beeping loudly and I had to tow it 10 ft to my trailer, I hadn't even left the dock. No water came out of it, but I'll try again hooked to the hose.

Did you run the engine with the temp sensor removed while the boat was in the water? Or did you just unplug the temp sensor so it wouldnt beep?
If you did run the engine while in the water with the temp sensor removed, and no water came out the hole, then that would mean the elbow or the part of the head where the elbow screws in is clogged.

In your video, the block drain is pissing strong when hooked to the hose, so you are getting water through the exhaust pipe into the engine.

Hopefully this clog is where you can reach it.

Also, for reference:

Yes, the seat is the sensor. Unscrew it. Then see if water comes out while the engine runs on the hose.

The drain I'm refering to as the block drain doesnt come out inside the pump. It comes out right below where the steering cable comes out.
