Engine Oil for 2003 GTI LE

I have a GTI LE 2003. I winterized it myself. I read in the manual and some other place that one should change engine oil once a year. I can not figure out how to do it. It is a 2 stroke engine and I usually put oil in a tank separately from fuel. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no engine oil to change due to it being a 2 stroke engine. The 4-tec rotax's are a 4 stroke engine and is a whole new animal.
