Engine mount install procedure?

I understand how to install the mounts and align. As for the bolts.. Do I put grease? Anti Seize? Lock washer? I was told not to put loctite because of if the insert bolt corrodes, It will cause problems. The manual says to use 243? I know, but the manual isn't always better. Thanks

I've always used 243 but I rarely ever take the engine mounts out unless one is bad. Removing all 3 make it much more difficult to align the engine. I'm in freshwater and typically don't have any corrosion problems at all but saltwater is a different scenario.
