Engine compartment flooding

I have a 97' Speedster that has actually completely flooded the engine compartment twice. I finally found the source yesterday I believe. I have a leak at the hose connect of the exaust going out of the rear of the boat. You can not see it without the engine running and standing on your head.

I have no idea how to get to it to fix it. I had the plug on the exaust blow out. I was able to get that welded, and an coolant line had a pin hole. Both were visual and fixed. Yesterday I ran one engine at a time until I determined which engine caused the leak, then started tracking the leak down. You may want to try that.

If you have any idea how to replace that rear hose and clamp going out of the transom let me know.
