Engine Antifreeze

Ok while my S/C is being rebuilt by PWC muscle. I'm changing the oil and filter. I looked into the anti freeze and the manual says every year?. I don't mind changing it but there are so many antifreezes out there that are good for 10yrs 200K miles. I think it might be a waste to change every year. What are you using thanks

when I put in my new(ish) engine I used std antifreeze from my local automotive. Before that I did not change it. So I am with rcookr1, I don't see a need to change it every year. Maybe every two to three years?

Use a Low Silicate antifreeze.I found it at NAPA brand.Blue jug with yellow cap.
