I have a one year old small PWC/Snowmobile battery. Walmart Everstart. When I bought it, it was dry and came with premeasured acid that I had to put into the battery and wait an hour or so to use.
Anyway, not holding a charge very long, and I popped the tops off and it appears dry. I see no liquid, but I do see some cottony looking fabric in layers.
Is this a "dry" battery with the acid in those pads to keep it from splashing around, or should I be adding some water or water/acid mix to it?
