Doit yourselfer needs to clear maintenance message

I have a 2016 GTI 130 and got the maintenance message, does anyone know how to clear it. I changed the oil and plugs myself

Dealer only, and yes it's stupid. BUDS or CanDooPro required. Both too expensive just to clear maint light

I saw a version of CanDooPro Home for 399.00. Has anyone used this? The company claims that it will work for Seadoo's up to 2018.

I have one, does what it says it does. Have used mine to reset maintenance hours and clear codes. Also have used it to control IBR gate from my computer. Pretty Cool.

I bought mine at PWC Muscle when they rebuilt my SC to reset SC maintenance hours.

There are versions of BUDS with MPI-3's out there as well. Differences between them. Both too expensive just to clear maint reminders once a year. Biggest issue with CanDoo is the license limits how many machines you can read so don't think you'll clear all your buddies machines to help pay for the cost of it.

I have this same issue, and my local dealer wants a hour labor charge to clear codes.
