so im changing out the oil for the first time since i bought it a year ago from previous owner. the oil looks like a thick milkey substance, is this normal, or was it just neglected?

how can i tell if it needs to be rebuild, or better question what will need to be rebuild? right now i just have a new o-ring seal, what parts would i need?

I just bought the kit from SBT and it came with bearings and seals. Cost about $65 or something like that.
