Hi guys. Anybody know what is going on with SES. They have my motor for 2 1/2 months and I can not get a hold of them. Mail box full and no response to email.
Has anyone had similar problems?
are they still in business?
Hm that doesn't sound good. We had another big thread about them in the past not sure if it was good or bad.. can't remember I will search for it here momentarily.
What I meant was phone would not accept any messages. I got mailbox full after calling (267) 432-3169.
Sent 4-5 emails as well.
If you talked to Tom 12 seconds ago at least he is alive.
His website says that he guarantees a ship date. What date did he give you? I know there has been lost motors in the past with SES. I have used him and had a great experience, he helped with a bunch of tech stuff after the install and I have not heard of anyone having issues with him covering the no fault warranty
