I just found out why my guages weren't working. The 2amp fuse was blown(maybe that's why I couldn't find power at my guages for my hr. meter install:))I probably shorted out the test light:redface:
Anyway, now when I hook up the Dess I get 2 beeps, which is normal, then every 4 sec 4short beeps. what does this mean? Yes, the shifter is in neutral.

Lee, first never use a test light as it will do more harm than good. Use a multimeter. If you mistakenly test something incorrectly it won't blow fuses or short anything out. The beeps you hear is tell you the dess lanyard is in place and you forgot to start the Jet Boat. It will do that till you either start the boat, or unplug it. It will do this for like 30 minutes or something.
