Damaged wear ring or normal?

I recently purchased this wear ring from titan performance parts (Amazon) and just received it via fed ex.

Is this damaged or is normal?? The damage is on the lip I believe on the back end of the ring (not sure).

There are a couple more imperfections but not as bad as the one posted.
