Cylinder inspection

Do plugs look okay to you guys? They have about six hours of use. Took it out for about two hrs yesterday, runs good, accelerates fast.

Put an inspection camera down the plug hole today , are these vertical streaks normal, they appear in both cylinders.
Compression: 160 both cylinders

Looks really rich.
Also that big area of oil/carbon staining on the cylinder is the rings not sealing.

Is that a fresh rebuild? Somebody correct me if I’m wrong please but Is mineral oil or semi synthetic not recommended for break in to seat the rings with? Also what are your high and low screws set at? Make sure they are set to factory specs and check that your oil pump is aligned

Not fresh rebuild. Ski is new to me, didn't mess with the carb yet,, took it out about 5 times so far, ran great. Idles good, fast acceleration, so not sure if I should tweak anything. The guy who sold me the ski was into motorcycle etc and took good care of his machines so Im relying on his settings.

Well if it’s running good I wouldn’t touch it then, running to rich can’t hurt anything.

Something I didn't see you state, did you pull those plugs after a chop? or did you just pull them after you shut it off?

To get a more accurate reading I would do a chop. Weird thing is normally our skis run a little lean at idle. I would be curious to know what your high and low settings are at on the carb. What is your idle RPMs?

I didn't see above .... what ski do you have?

Idle rpm out of water about 3300. In water about 1400.
