Cruise advise anyone

thanks for all advise, leavin in am, shuttin off cellphone when we leave tampa bay, leavin laptop at home, will be havin drinks, snorkeling , relaxin, lol ...
mostly margaritas ... see you all in a week ...

Sounds like you are ready for a great cruise. Hope you have found Bonine for the wife. Definitely works to stop the sea sickness. Cozumel is our favorite stop, Grand Cayman is nice but expensive.
Since ship is registered in another country, US beer is considered imported so Corona is less expensive than Bud.
Tip your pool drink attendant an extra dollar every now and then. You will get far better service when pool deck is crowded.

thanks for tips, we had a blast, very hot in cayman, and hotter in cozumel, we will be doing this again, probably in november, bought a dive camera for trip, worked real well, got to resort in cozumel, got a set of lounge chairs and umbrella, set all of stuff on them, waiter gave us a drink, i walked into pool, (with my land camera in swim shorts pocket) lol ..now trashed.. would recommend mr sanchos if anyone goin to cozumel

we are starting to plan another, i think a 7 dayer in november

here is a few pics, cozumel was alot of fun

Just returned last night (3am !) from a 9 day trip on Norwegian Cruise Line. Los Angeles / San Fran / Astoria / Victoria / Vancouver.

Awesome !!!!
no pic's to upload yet, still rubbing sleep nuggets out of my eyes, but I'll sum it up with one sentence.

If you EVER get the opportunity to visit the Pacific Northwest, do not pass on it, its incredibly beautiful !

Would really like to see the Pacific one day.
Royal Caribbean has buy one get one half off special. We are booked for March to the Bahamas.

FWIW, since your in Tampa, if you have some flexibility with your vacation schedule, check for deals out of Tampa/Lauderdale/Miami in September.

Some fantastic prices available since its off season in Florida for the cruise lines. September is always when we've found the best deals.
