Crankcase bolt sealant

Was wondering if I screwed up by putting blue loctite on all my crankcase bolts. I put the cases together about a month ago and I used three bond 1211 with a roller on the cases and then blue Loctite on all the bolts before I torqued them down. At the time I read some info on not using 515 on the bolts because the manuals are outdated as far as sealants go, and to go ahead and use blue. I just wanted to make sure this was ok before I put the top end back on and get everything rolling again. Thanks

Its not ok, take the bolts out and use 518 on threads and silicone grease on the caps.
The bolts threads open to the cases in some places, your outside bolts are probably ok, but follow a book from 99 on or so, the older books show some older sealants.
Ask bill on pwct if 1211 will work for the thread sealant, not to sure on that one just always used 518 because that is what the book called for.
dielectric grease is the same as silicone, trip to the autoparts store, also follow torque sequence, but you already knew that.
i am curious about 1211the on the threads though, damn near the same effect as 518silicone considering that is factory case sealent.

Ok thanks! I'm on it, glad I second guessed myself I had a fealing that was wrong I just read a few threads that talked about using the blue instead of sealant I've never done this before so I'm in that learning curve phase this is the first time working on any kind of engine so I'm glad I have you guys to help me through it. Anyway good suggestions I will take it apart and do it right.
