Challenger beeping at me!

Hi, I have a 2005 Challenger with the 250 Opti that started beeping at me today. Yesterday my nefew was out and got a ski rope sucked in the grate. We got it out this morning, then when I was out for about 2-3 minutes it beeped 3 times. Then about another 2-3 minutes it beeped 3 times again. This happened a couple morentime until in got back to the dock.

Anyone might know what this means? Would having the rope caught cause a problem that would cause intermittent beeping?

I have the 2001 optimax 200hp. I dont know if the beeping signatures are the same between the 2 motors. I posted some of the issues that can trigger the warning beeps in my motor in this thread: http://www.seadooforum.com/showthread.php?43141-2001-Utopia-185-200-Optimax-keeps-dying
Most of those are easy to check, so I would check them first before proceeding with further diagnosis.
