Carrier bearing grease

So dumb question.
Have a tube of evinrude triple guard grease a friend gave me, he said it was great stuff. So last year I repacked my trailer wheel bearings with it. And used it in my driveshaft carrier bearing. This year my trailer wheel bearings are locked up. I look up the grease and its says not for bearings. Doh!
So should I start pumping fresh grease into the carrier? Should i pull the carrier out and circulate some fresh grease thru it? Or am I just being rediculous and worrying to much and just run it and add new grease gradually thru rides?
Thanks guys, sorry for the long dumb post lol

If it can't handle bearings... there was no reason for Evinrude to even sell it.

Anyway... I would remove the bearings... clean them well. (diesel fuel works well) and put it back together with a good grease. I personally use "Green Grease" but any waterproof, synthetic will be fine.

Ha, yea, it says its for friciton surfaces, but i should clarify that it says not for wheel bearings. I figured the bearing carrier is so crucial, and that sees more water and heat then the trailer wheels so I didnt want to take the risk.
I pulled the carrier anyhow because I wanted to make sure the back seal wasnt being pushed out. Had that happen on an aftermarket carrier, luckily this an oem carrier and the seal stays put. Wiped out thoroughly and then flushed with new grease. Thank you very much for the reply.
