carburetor jets cleaning

01 gs 717 standard single carb
Would it be OK, to remove high and low speed screw jets and spray carb cleaner inside and blow air inside, while still on intake, don't have extra gasket

no you'll ruin anything rubber that the cleaner touches on the inside of the carbs.

It will also not solve any issues.
Do it once and do it correctly.
