Carburetion

I replaced all 4 needles and seats last season when I rebuilt the carbs. Last time I checked it with the pictures I sent was with the 65 gram spring and I was able to get it to pop at 32 but I had to bend the arm.

Don’t worry too much about the 32 psi. Use the razor blade trick for the arm, make sure they are somewhere within the spec range and within a few psi of each other. Don’t get hung up on the 32 psi number.

Well if everything is perfect 32 but as long as you are between 19-35 it’s fine.

This is how a new arm looks so obviously yours is way off.

If you can wait Gary I can send you two tomorrow from California for free. I'll see if I have some 65 gm springs too.

You would do that for me? That would be awesome, you’re the best I’m trying to find a place to track down the springs not having much luck thoughI actually need for because I have four carburetors, let me know what they cost and I’ll be glad to pay you for them

Just pm me your address and I'll get them out tomorrow.:thumbs-up: A member here just sent me some left over carb parts so I will pay it forward to you.
