Carbon seal coming loose

This hose clamp keeps coming loose causing the carbon part if the seal to go back into the rubber part

How do i stop this from coming loose or can i put something else on it?

You need to get the hose clamp up to the ears that are sticking out at the end of the rubber boot. In your first picture it is too far back.

yes thats what i usually do but when it comes off the seal goes back into it

I would get new clamps. I have had bad clamps before that just don’t hold.
