Can someone help me locate VIN/HIN 2014 SeaDoo gtx 260 iS limited.

I don't find the vin number anywhere on the 2014 SeaDoo GTX 260 iS Limited. I really appreciate if anyone can help me out find it.
In case if there is so etching of VIN, what is the next alternative, as I need to get it registered. Don't have title from seller. only bill of sale exists.

Should be a small plastic plate on the rear starboard side. The plate is usually quite hard to read.

In case if its not there.. what is my next course of action that you suggest.?

Most secondary plates where riveted to hull under gas tank then move to where I think old MPEM use to be.
