Came across the settlement phone number for the ceramic washers in the super chargher from the 2004 to 2007.... They will pay %100 to have it rebuilt...if you already have had it done they will reimburse you if you have receipt...if your engine has blown due to the failure of the super charger it will cover that also...phone number is 866 903 0638.

Good luck.. I'm working on getting my money back now...

Albysure, thanks for posting. I googled that phone number and went to the accompanying website, I clicked on the "Claim Form" and several other links but got this message:

("Claim Form
The Claim Form postmark deadline of July 29, 2013 has passed. No additional Claim Forms are being accepted.")

It also has a link to important dates regarding the law suit, here's what they are:
June 14, 2012 – Preliminary Approval
July 11, 2012 – Notice and Claim Form Mailing
August 10, 2012 – Class Member Objection Deadline
August 10, 2012 – Class Member Election Not to Participate Deadline
August 10, 2012 – Class Member Intent to Appear Notification Deadline
August 29, 2012 – Fairness Hearing
October 26, 2012 – Final Approval Hearing
February 28, 2013 – Final Approval
April 29, 2013 – End of California Appeals Period/Settlement Effective Date
July 29, 2013 – Postmark deadline for submitting a Claim Form and supporting documentation
January 24, 2014 – 270-day ceramic washers extended warranty expires

Makes me think it's too late to recover costs I incurred changing from ceramic to Riva steel back in 09. if you get anywhere with the phone number, please post an update

Yea I know it sounds like it... I just came across this but I'm going to call tomorrow and see if there's a person I can talk to... See what the deal is and if there's another way to file for this... Doesn't seem fair for the owners who weren't informed...I'll keep this updated with info I get

This is expired guys. The time has passed as posted above.

Those bastards, way to keep it on the dl. I bet all of 5 people got their money back, Damn swindlers...

Sorry to post in this thread, but new to site and not sure how to get to the right people. I bought a 2009 180se 255HP and water tested great, no cavitiaion.... when pulled it out of water, i noticed the intake grate was missing/broken, prop and wear ring looked new. Anyone know where i can get a new intake grate? Are there any aftermarket ones out there for this model and year.
Thanks

There are many companies that make aftermarket grates. In most cases, a "more aggressive" grate will actually cause you to lose top end speed but will help in cornering and in choppy water. Normally referred to as a "top-loader" as it throws water onto the top of the impeller due to a more aggressive scoop on the grate. This site has a store that sells everything you need. I'll try to post a link in a moment for you..
