Just the head busted off, tried vise grips, heat and the two nut trick.been soaking in pb blaster for a couple days. Stud wont budge. Thinking about welding a nut as close to the bottom as I can. Any other ideas?

Did the head just break off or did it happen trying to remove it?

Have you tried to spin it back in while flooding it with wd40

The reason I suggest going back in it to break up the built up corrosion that is apparently in the threads. If it feels really tight when tightening it may have been cross threaded at some point.

+1 there is an aluminum plate under the glass that the two bolts thread into. I wouldn't use any more heat from a flame or heat gun as you have already gotten the glass hot. Any additional heating of the glass will weaken it even more.

Go to harbor freight and get one of the really small pipe wrenchs if you still can't get it to budge you may have to cut it off and drill it our and tap the hole

Also make sure you put the other bolt back in. If the aluminum plate does break free you don't want it to spin and loose the hole for the other bolt.

Thanks guys, i will give it another shot tonight, then i guess i will cut it off if its still a no go.

i have had luck by soaking with wd 40 then tapping on it with a hammer. let it sit and repeat a couple of times. good luck!
