Broken Fuel Baffle

Honestly I've never heard of it, doubt if it would work and even if it did the fuel baffle in a SeaDoo serves as a fuel pickup and a fuel sending unit. So it would require mounting it on the tank.

Usually the fix for a non functioning fuel is simply replacing the fuel float with the new molded type, a $20.00 fix.

Hey Lou!,
Do you have a link to the usual fix? I figured with this I would have to drill a new small hole and bolt it down, it would never read "full". Looking they use them alot on the harley motor cycles (sportster does) for a fuel gage off of the tank. But a 20$ fix is better than a 60 plus a gage.

You'll need to post the year and model of your boat so we can point you to the correct part. In the future it would be helpful if you put the information in your profile.

Thanks for the site ! I actually took that number to the dealer and got it for 12 bucks, saved 10 on not having to ship it. Fuel gage moved. Have to track the wire on the switch, that doesnt seem to make it read. Not a huge deal, as long as I can see it while Im on the water.
Thanks!

I am in holland. I also go to kalamazoo weekly.
