bogging down

Hello, I need some advice. I have a 95 sea doo spi. The last time out it started bogging down and wouldn't run. I started checking it out and found out that it had a hole in the diaphram. I replaced it. I took it out this weekend and it still does the same thing. Could anybody give me any advice on this issue?

go thru the fuel system, carbs, filter/s, and install new plugs, also cut plug wires back quarter inch from boots. That might help sum

I appreciate the tip. I will go through the carb I guess. It is a little intimidating though. Thanks!!!!!
