I have a 95 xp 720. I just resently replaced the fuel lines and had to replace the oil injector lines cause they were cracked. After that i hooked it up to a hose and ran it for lil while and it was fine. Took it to the lake and ran great for few min then just at top end it started to bogging down and pick back up. Low and mid range was fine, just at w.o.t it kept doing this. There are new plugs in it. It seems to me like it is a fuel delevery problem. Any advise would be appreciated thanks.

If you replaced the fuel and oil lines, it might need to have the carbs cleaned. I would also do a compression test to see what the internals are doing also.

How would i do that? Now one thing i just thought of was when i changed my fuel lines out i only cleaned out one of my internal fuel filters. That was the front carb. The rear carb i couldnt get 2 of the screws out on the side of the diaphram. So i just put the other 2 back in and put it back together. Could that be my problem?

You need to remove the carbs and clean them. There is a small fine meshed filter in each carb. You need to clean them including the journals inside the carbs too. The best way is to remove them and use compressed air and carb cleaner. If your careful you won't need to replace any of the diaphragms or gaskets.
