Bleed System?

Hello All,

I have the 210 Mercury. I've been looking through the maintenance manual and noticed the drawings of the bleed system. Could someone explain what that is. I have no clue.

It's a system to purge extra fuel that "Pools" in the engine.

On the EFI engine, there are check valves, and it's pushed into the "Vapor Separator" and recycled. On the Carb engines... I'm not exactly shure where it goes to get burnt off. (But I'll look into it)

Thanks for the info. I wondered what all those hoses were for.
