HI, I bought a Challenger 230 SE recently, and the blower fan does not work when I press the rocker switch.
I checked the fuse under the dash and is ok, any ideas what can be the cause?
also, Horn does not work, but Bilge pump works fine and deck light works fine.

I guess your first step should be to see if your getting power. You can use a simple test light or a volt meter to check. Make sure you have power at the switch. Then check to see if power is getting to blower. If it is, then blower is more than likely bad. If you're not getting power, you'll need to figure out where it stops.

Same with the horn.

My blower didn't work on my 06 180 and it turned out to be the switch. I took the switch apart, reassembled it and it's worked fine ever since. A word of caution though, there are many parts inside so if you attempt this open it very slowly otherwise multiple springs etc will fly out. That's what happens to me but I was able to get it all back in properly. Before you do this you can test the switch as JPass suggests above.

rocker switches are pretty universal. If they are anything like the ones on my islandia you can just disconnect the wiring harness from the non working rocker switch and swap it in to a working one. This will tell you if it's the switch or not.

If you end up having to disassemble a switch this is a good how to link on replacing the bulbs. It should help with taking the switch apart if you have to.

My blower wasn't working and after chasing all the electrics I opened the consol and low and behold the attachment to the rocker switch had come off. I simple snapped it back on and everything worked! Good luck!

Im getting power at the switch, but Where is the horn located on the boat?
Can't seem to find it..lol
