you have to understand awlgrip is a very nice paint but is limited on some colors, they also have metalics......you can start with a base white/snow white and add your color pigment to it, you can add pigments to achive the color you want, a paint store will be able to match the exact color you want......................As far as painting it on the trailer..good luck....better way is to find a very strong overhead beam and attach to it, I have seen it attached to the front and rear eye hook but do not rec it, Use 2 straps around the bottom of the hull and winch it up off the trailer, then once dry you can move the straps and do the strap areas....now a way I like is if you have a tilt trailer, tilt it up, or pick the entire front of the trailer up stand the ski on its rear rub rail attach a rope/cable/strap to the front hook just to keep it up and remove the trailer out of the way, you will want to put something under the hull to keep it from scratching the new paint when done, this will make it where you can paint the entire ski with moving it around......and It would not be a bad idea to remove the engine as that will take at least 100lbs off the ski, my ski is only 662lbs and around 500lbs or less without anything in it so 2 guys can lift the ski up on its tail without hurting yourselves.
