I'm wondering what's going on with this supplier. Jason is my main contact and I haven't gotten an email response in a few weeks. Service has always been fantastic. Anyone local to the area can give me some info??
All supply places are having issues.
I have been using Pro Caliber for about 10 years now and got a call from the parts manager that I have been dealing with and he said that the Seadoo parts that I ordered at the beginning of last summer were now showing either discontinued or still out of stock. Even things like the standard 2-stroke fuel filter assembly so they were just going to have to cancel my order and send me a check for my unfulfilled order.
Wow that does not sound like them at all. I haven't placed an order since last spring, was going to place an order sometime in the next few weeks. Shelves are empty at some grocery stores so maybe all retail supply is starting to take a hit.
I called Bay Area this morning then messaged them in chat with a question. Jason contacted me this afternoon. He said they had a problem with the email and didn't know it. It's working now but he gave me another email to get in touch. Looks like it is working now. "Genie Happy"

The only problem I've had last summer was getting WSM crankshafts from Bay Area. They had an issue with Mikuni carb kits about the same time. Jason contacted me and let me know they had 100 kits in and they were going fast so I ordered ahead of what I needed. I probably have more 2-stroke Seadoo parts in stock than anybody local to me. I do not like being out of parts.
