Battery sizing confusion

16C, 16CLB, 16BS, etc. 20HL What is the difference? The post configuration?
Is odyssey HEPPC535 still the preferred AGM for 96XP?

Post configuration and battery type.
The stock battery is a 16CL-B. I prefer the NAPA or Yuasa ones for the flooded standard batteries.
The Yuasa sealed equivalent is a YTX20 HL BS.

So any battery that is equal to those 2 will work.

I still buy the good flooded ones and keep them on a Battery Tender and get 4+ years out of them. In fact I just bought a NAPA 16CL-B today at lunch. $77.
