ballast system on a 180 challenger

has anyone but a ballast system on a 180 challenger? I would like too but need some guidance. I want to put it inside the hull so i don't have bags that i or my guest will have to climb over. storage units on the boat are being used and i would like to keep them, any ideas

Without using the storage areas in your boat there is not really any other location to store the ballast bags. Remember that when the ballast bags are not full you can still use the compartment for storage. The only other option is to use lead tucked into every nook and cranny.

ballast no problema

if you have the factory speakers mounted behind the bucket seats, take out the 4 screws, and you'll find large open cavities on each side there. You'll need to figure out how to pump water in and out. I store 5 PFD's on the passenger side on my boat. I have them tied to some line so if we ever get inspected, I just pull them all out
