balance shaft issue

I bought this new Sea Doo balance shaft. the box was damaged. I found this damage on the weight. do you think it can be installed and not cause a vibration? thanks

If you Buff it out, so those metal particles are gone, you will be fine.

I am concerned about the impact that made this mark. It was hit/dropped etc. I dont think the missing metal will be a problem at all but what effect will the impact have on the position of the weight? THANKS!
