Just Having A Hell Of A Time With My Gsx. Starts Fine At Home But When I Get To The Water It Will Not Turn Over. Upon Getting Home I Find That The Flywheel Locked And I Have To Use A Wrenchto Turn Over The Flywheel And It Will Continue To Start Fine Until Later And It Locks Again!!! Checks Plugs And No Sign Of Water, pulled The Nozzle And Impeller And All The Bearing Seem Fine And Im Pulling Out My Hair ! I Almost Think Maybe That The Starter Is Staying Engaged And Is Locking The Crank. Is That Possible?

Yes, pull the starter and look it over. It might need some TLC to get it working correctly again.

Very possible, if the starter drive is dirty or coroded where it rides on the shaft of the starter it could very easily stay engaged. If this has happened and you ran the motor for a while the starter could be done!
