Are the blue hoses correct

in the pics are the blue hoses correct where start and where they end. When rpms increase water exits hose more as rpms increase.

If you're asking if they are in the stock position, the answer is no, but they are functioning properly. They should connect at the tow hook at the rear of the boat, see the parts diagram, part 13. Their function is as a tell-tale, and let you know that the cooling system is operating properly. On my ski's I relocated them to the forward part of the hull to make it easier to verify proper operation.

Your engine is so clean! Is it a rebuilt one?
There are a lot of not stock piles in there.

What is the black cable beside one of the blue tube?

The enigine was rebuilt 3 year ago. I am crazy about keeping it clean it was alot of work. The black wire is the ground wire to 10" amplified bazooka tube with stand to keep off of floor of boat. See pics i used plexiglass to make the stand.
